Cheryl is the Head of People & Operations for Cornerstone Nurseries, she is the strategic leader responsible for human resources and the operational management of our Nurseries, ensuring that the company’s people are supported to achieve operational excellence.

Marketing Manager
Our Marketing Manager Charlene works closely with our management teams to organise exciting events, fundraise for our Charity of The Year and participate in community initiatives.

Apprenticeship & Training Co-ordinator
Cornerstone Nurseries are unique in that we have Sharron who is an experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioner & Assessor as our onsite Apprenticeship & Training Co-ordinator. Her role involves facilitating the learning and development of apprentices, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and qualifications to become Early Year Practitioners.
